MMDL Overview

Established in 1974, the MMDL has grown from a handful of teams to the Largest Dart League in the World. We maintain a yearly average of over 4,800 members on over 600 teams, in 75 divisions. These figures translate into weekly matches being played in hundreds of neighborhood taverns, restaurants, fraternal organizations and even bowling alleys throughout the area of eastern Massachusetts.

The Minute Man Dart League brings together people of diverse heritage and backgrounds and provides opportunities for valuable personal and cultural exchange. The league has organized and established its activities in accordance with the principles of open membership, fair play, and respectful competition. The MMDL holds socially beneficial programs such as it's youth tournaments and charitable fund raising activities along with upholding strong ideals of service to community.

In conjunction with regular Tuesday night matches the MMDL also runs a series of nationally respected dart tournaments. The Clipper City Open in March, the Firecracker Open in June, the New England Darts Challenge in September, and the Witch city Open in November, not to mention the MMDL Singles Championships held in April for league members only.
